Chair Yoga

Perfect for anyone seeking a gentle, supportive practice — especially if you have limited mobility, are recovering from injury, or simply want to move without getting down on the floor.

Chair yoga brings all the benefits of yoga — breath, stretching, strengthening, and calming the mind — while seated or standing with the support of a chair.

Everyone is welcome. No experience needed.

Yin Yoga

A deeply nourishing, meditative practice that targets the connective tissues of the body — fascia, ligaments, and joints — through long-held, passive stretches.

Yin invites you to slow down, soften, and listen inward as you release tension and create more space — both physically and emotionally.

Restorative Yoga Fusion

A unique blend of restorative postures, gentle movement, and subtle sound healing — designed to help you deeply relax, reset your nervous system, and restore balance.

Supported by props (bolsters, blankets, etc.), this practice encourages the body to rest fully while the mind and spirit receive renewal.
