Light Language Online Healing - One on One

Unable to get to a session in person.  Connect with Asharnaye online to experience a deep healing session through spiritual discussion, guided meditation, Quadeucous energy, chakra healing.   Also within these sessions a deep Soul connection is made and Light Language is channelled from higher consciousness to ignite the Soul reunion to yourself.

Chair Yoga

Towards Wellbeing Group Training

The Towards Wellbeing Program provides a supported exploration through the many avenues of a Better Way of Being.

 Asharnaye can deliver for you a personalized workshop, that will leave you with not only knowledge about Wellbeing, but also, many practical exercises that you can use everyday toward maintaining a healthy way of being.  

This group training provides information, interactive tools, practical exercises to encourage and empower participants to be able to start making positive changes to reflect improved overall health in Body, Mind and Spirit.
